Later it was reported this was to keep their pick as a “surprise”. But is that the kind of action that would make the best scouts want to work for you?
In an entertaining piece, SB Nation let’s you know where they think players would go if they could choose their own teams. It includes Dwayne Haskins to the Giants so he can become the check down king, and Nick Bosa going to Jacksonville because he “has rocked a headband and long hair. Likely needs a city with a barbell gym, while preferring a state with no income tax or semblance of social services….Houston is out, Beyonce will not let him live there. In a recurring yearly post, ESPN lists players whose college production indicates that they are likely to outperform their final draft status. They nailed past under-the radar players like Grady Jarrett, and this year one of their profiles is on a Clemson WR you just might have heard of.
Sorry Daniel Jones, but this accuracy chart doesn’t tell a great story for you compared to others in the class.
